Angelica Therese Bengtsson (Swedish track and field athlete) is well-known by her pole-vaulting abilities. She was the first pole vault winner at the inaugural Summer Youth Olympics in Singapore 2010. Bengtsson also won gold in her 2009. World Youth Championships as well the 2010 World Junior Championships. Angelica Panganiban grew up in Payatas. Quezon City. She was born on the 4th November 1986. Her biological mother is a Filipina who passed away in 2008 and is cremated in Singapore while her biological father Mark Charlson is an American born in Iowa United States and a former member in the US Navy. Her father of birth, Mark Charlson is a retired U.S. Navy man from Iowa, United States; that in the early 1980's was on the U.S.S. O'Brien stationed in the Philippines. Annabelle Panganiban adopted her when she was young and Adolfo Panganiban and Mila Panganiban assisted her in raising her.
